To make a film documentary of their story to help them through reflection and sharing and release.

To be able to have someone listen to their experiences is therapeutic in itself …and for asylum seekers and refugees to tell their story and have it documented and screened can be a huge relief and learning process…as The British Council identify on their website…
“Storytelling is important for all communities, in conflict and post-conflict zones, it can have a different significance. and its people still need outlets to share their experiences, also as a source of relief. These stories, regardless of the situation their tellers are in, can be about anything. What is important is that people have the opportunity to express themselves however they want to.”
